Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mera Gift Wala Gift Shop. We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Items such as personalized, customized, or perishable products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required for all returns.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, contact us at iali3590@gmail.com or visit our Contact Page with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  4. After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refund Policy

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Perishable items (e.g., chocolates, flowers)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as needed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • Refunds for canceled orders (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days.
